This flavorful, boneless cut of prime rib is a favorite of steak lovers. With the most rich marbling of fat in grass-fed steaks, it is one of the most flavorful and juicy of steaks. Only a little less tender than the tenderloin, but bursting with grass-fed flavor. A customer favorite. In its uncut form, the Ribeye is known as a Rib Roast and served as Prime Rib. 1" thick; 2 steaks per pkg.
